<b>Position: Head Developer for Knitwear </b> <br /><br />Responsibilities : <br />- Report to the Product Development Manager <br />- Assist the Product Development Manager to supervise and manage the product&nbsp; &nbsp; development team <br />- Responsible for executing the ideas from designers to prototypes, thus salesman samples. <font color="#000000"></font><br />- Monitor and supervise the entire sample development process from prototypes to salesman samples. <br />- Support on Price negotiation and performing cost analysis <br />- In charge of yarn and trim sourcing and development <br />- Attending fashion and trade fairs for sourcing and trends <br /><br />Requirements: <br />- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player. <br />- Tertiary education, preferably Degree holder in Design or Clothing Disciplines. <br />- Minimum 5-10 years solid working experience in Knitwear Development / Merchandising. <br />- Strong technical knowledge and thorough understanding on production process in Knitwear are required <br />- Experience in working with European and US Designers will be a definite advantage <br />- Proficiency in both spoken and written English /Chinese. <br />- Fluent Putonghua. is preferred but not essential <br />- A third language such as German will be an additional asset. <br />- Good sense of fashion <br />- Position will be stationed in Guangzhou with a&nbsp;&nbsp;5-days work week.<br /><br />有意者请将中英文简历发到: <a href="mailto:amandaliang@tci-asia.com">amandaliang@tci-asia.com</a><br /><br />谢谢！<br /><br /><br /> <img src="images/smilies/lol.gif" smilieid="12" border="0" alt="" />

Sorry for overlook the company's position ~<br />do u need developer now ?<br />I have more than 4years experience in kintwear area and I&nbsp;&nbsp;can get into conversation with designers with simple English and easy understand the idea from them ,I am a merchandiser now and&nbsp;&nbsp;know the technical knowledge both auto machine and hand knit mechine ,even the poduction process in Knitwear .<br />I would like to kown the range of annual salary before send out my resume.
