You will report to the Production Manager of Shanghai Plant. <br /><br />Your responsibilities in phase one (plant construction / equipment procurement / production start) are: <br />-Assisting the Production Manager: <br />In the purchasing of equipment according to budget <br />In supervising the project execution and installation <br />-Recruitment and training of your staff members <br /><br />In phase two you will assist the production manager have responsibilities as follows: <br />-Controlling production <br />-Instructing your production team <br />-Achieving the highest possible quality <br />-Achieving the request production throughputs <br /><br />Requirements: <br />-University degree in chemical engineering <br />-Experience in polymerization of polyamide and / or polyester <br />-Experience in similar position within an international group <br />-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to lead and work in a team <br />-Fluent in English is a must; German and advantage <br /><br />We offer: <br />-A challenging, demanding and satisfying job opportunity within an international group which is rooted in Europe <br />-Working with a international team of experts <br />-A truly responsible and interesting assignment for a motivated person <br />-Technically outstanding, computer-controlled manufacturing plant <br />-A competitive remuneration package<br /><br />If you are interested, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:HR-Shanghai@schaetti.com">HR-Shanghai@schaetti.com</a>
