刚进染厂的时候我和楼主的情况有点类似；以前我也是在化验室打办；根本没人教你；当时那个是郁闷啊；工资又拿的超底；技术又学不到；但是我有个优点就是勤快；大概在化验室待了10个月左右；车间主管把我掉去做技术员了；有一次我问他为什么选择我？他说我勤快<img src="images/smilies/lol.gif" smilieid="12" border="0" alt="" /> <br />其实在化验室打办是个很不错的机会；是做技术员的根本基础<br />只要你认真；仔细；没人教你也一样会。只是时间长短而已（除非色盲）；说穿了就是看看颜色；又不是造原子弹；别把它想的太伟大<img src="images/smilies/lol.gif" smilieid="12" border="0" alt="" /> <br /><br />告诉你一个我的小技巧；就是每天晚上临睡前；想想当天打的样；回忆下自己是如何调整的？ 对提高对色相当有效（至少对我而言）<br />最后 预祝你早日成功<img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" smilieid="1" border="0" alt="" />
