To cope with the fast growing pace and to build and develop higher level media relationships, on behalf of our client, Talent Spotter is looking for the highly potential, dynamic with relative experience candidates to join the winning team:<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br />Location:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Shanghai<br /><br />RESPONSIBILITIES:<br /><br />Production/Merchandise:<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for final quality of entire supply chain, including sampling, ship ability, in warehouse and documentations;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Work closely with associates to teach the critical functions: how to interpret, how to engineer and how to develop a fashion sense, and cultivate brand awareness;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Propose alternatives accordingly, responsible for teaching to next level down;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Monitor production cycles; <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Review styles; consider pricing and quota availability and factory capacity and capability;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support the production of high quality product by close collaboration with preproduction, technical and&nbsp; &nbsp; field QA’s through scheduled meetings and regular interaction;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for office performance, goals &amp; objectives.<br /><br />Supervisory:<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A leader in the demonstration of and commitment to the corporate vision/mission and corporate values;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Regularly share updated information with subordinates so that they understand company strategic goals;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for subordinates performance and coach them to be more professional, understand how&nbsp; &nbsp;they fit into the corporate structure;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Anticipate problems in a timely manner, suggesting resolutions wherever there is a problem;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Train associates in all aspects of production management from spec, factory evaluation, timing, trims, factory relation, etc. as well as team work skills;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for career development path for each associate;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Lead usage of available MIS system &amp; technology.<br /><br />Product Development: <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Develop local manufacturer/mills to supply raw material, trends and pricing<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Make regular trips to do factory evaluation and build product knowledge<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Evaluate new factories/corporations to study their feasibility, help factory to make up weaknesses in order to cope with the market requirements<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Prompt communication with associate and review their work regularly; offer options to them how to deal with challenges.<br /><br /><br />REQUIREMNETS:<br /><br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; University graduate preferred;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Good communication skill both written and spoken in English and Mandarin;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10 years working experience including 2-3 years supervisory level in apparel industry;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong apparel technical knowledge; <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Well organized, detail oriented, strong time management skills;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong sense of delivery and priority;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Willing to mentor associates for continuous improvement, able to teach &amp; create good relations, handle pressure well, role model right values;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Demonstrate collaboration skills between departments;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Good management skill as exhibited by ability, supervise and inspire trust from the team; able to make the difficult decisions;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Excellent production and merchandising knowledge.

what about the salary can be received for each working postion ?
