北欧公司招聘纺织产品的质量工程师--工作地点厦门, 薪水根据背景面议,英语能交流,<br />职位描述如下:<br />QA Engineer(textile)<br /><br />QA Engineer ensures that the COMPANY suppliers in Textile Material Area fulfil the different COMPANY technical, quality and environmental requirements.<br /><br />Your responsibilities<br />-Work with cost improvements (product and production improvements).<br />-Actively work with technical and material development.<br />-Claim and corrective action handling.<br />-Contribute to the business development within the team.<br />-Work with product documentation and DWP (Dimension -Weight -Package).<br />-Support the start-up, development and discontinuation of suppliers.<br />-Support the suppliers in fulfilling the COMPANY requirements.<br /><br />职位要求：<br />Knowledge<br />-A good knowledge of the different production processes and Textile characteristics/performance.<br />-Preferably specific material knowledge <br />-Ability to work with and understand suppliers daily operational activities.<br />-Good Knowledge of Quality and Environmental management systems.<br />-Ability to audit and analyse suppliers working methods in quality, working conditions and environmental performance.<br />-A good understanding of the local and international legislation in his/her product area with regard to environmental, health and safety and material/article laws.<br />-Good knowledge about cost drivers in production.<br /><br />Capabilities/Motivation:<br />-Strong interest to work for a home furnishings company and curious to explore new areas/topics.<br />-Will and ability for further development within COMPANY.<br />-A field operator with the ability to organise, set responsibilities and work unsupervised.<br />-Ability to set goals, implement and follow up.-Ability to work with and through others.<br />-Improvement driven, with a &quot;hands on&quot; practical approach to his/her work.<br />-Good communication skills.<br />-Pro-active and methodical.<br /><br />如有意向请发简历至 <a href="mailto:stephanie.zhang@yiri-intl.com">stephanie.zhang@yiri-intl.com</a><br /><br />或者加 MSN: <a href="mailto:cemy_10@hotmail.com">cemy_10@hotmail.com</a><br />感谢大家的关注!
