Major in textile technology, dyeing and finishing, adhesive, polymerization, or other relevant majors. <br />2.At least 3 years relevant work experience. <br />3.Excellent skills of selling, leading and communication. <br />4.A sound knowledge of Chinese market of textile supplementary materials is a big plus. <br />5.Work experience in European &amp; American company is a plus. <br />6.Fluent English. <br /><br />职位描述： <br />1组建、培训、管理公司的销售团队 <br />2制定并执行公司在中国市场的战略 <br />3保证公司的销售有计划的稳步发展；发展稳固、有益的客户基础，提高赢利 <br />4保证销售成本的有效性，并维持一个有效的内部运作系统 <br />5提供市场各类情报和反馈信息，捕捉新的商业机会 <br />6年度预算 <br />7向总经理汇报，同时保持与瑞士销售团队的密切合作 <br /><br />要求： <br />1纺织技术、染整、胶粘或化学聚合等相关专业大学学历 <br />2至少3年相关职位经验 <br />3极强的销售能力、领导能力和交际技巧 <br />4熟悉中国纺织辅料市场情况优先 <br />5有欧美企业工作经历优先 <br />6英语流利<br /><br /><br />Purchasing Supervisor<br /><br />Report to: GM<br />Location: Shanghai<br />Level: Manager<br /><br />Key responsibilities: <br />1.Place the order according to production plan. <br />2.Follow up the purchase order; assess performance of supplier. <br />3.Negotiate and deal with the abnormal issues during the purchase process. <br />4.Supervise the quality and delivery of purchase order as well as stock. <br />5.Guarantee the delivery of materials and equipment in order to meet plan, reduce cost and risks, and minimize stock quantity and value. <br /><br />Requirements: <br />1.3+ years experience in procurement with manufacturing plant. <br />2.College diploma holders or above in engineering background. <br />3.Fluent spoken and written English. <br />4.Personal qualities: dynamic, self-motivated, highly professional and having a strong sense of ethics. <br />5.Good understanding on textile or chemical process industries. <br /><br />主要职责： <br />1.根据生产计划安排采购。 <br />2.跟踪采购订单，考核供应商业绩。 <br />3.协调、处理采购过程中的异常情况。 <br />4.对采购订单及库存进行监督。 <br />5.确保材料及设备的采购及供应以满足计划，减少成本及风险，降低库存。 <br /><br />要求： <br />1.3年以上生产型企业经验。 <br />2.大专以上，有工程相关经验。 <br />3.英语说、写熟练。 <br />4.个人特点：积极、主动、诚实，具有很强的业务能力。 <br />5.熟悉纺织及化工行业流程。<br /><br /><br />If you are interested, please send your CV to [email]HR-Shanghai@schaetti.com
