He/she will achieve this mission by:<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ensuring the brand has the best quality product for the marketplace<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proactively work with Sourcing department to offer tech. support in order to meet market need. <br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ensuring that the brand is building the image of a performance and authentic brand by the best quality products.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Planning<br /><br />Management<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist QA supervisor (technician) to complete vendor’s quality performance report of sample and reviews with Sourcing team by season. <br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Track sampling status to ensure the delivery on time for the trade in accordance with products launch plan<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Compiles the file system of all sourcing documents from sourcing team and sample approval report.<br />Financial<br /><br />System and Processes<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Accurately and timely print out and release AD of all apparel, accessory and hardware products to sourcing team after confirmed by QC manager.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Correctly check discrepancy between AD, samples and other relevant given indication, and offer it to QC manager for final approval.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for to approve size &amp; fitting sample and pre-production sample according to confirmed AD and original sample<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Help QC supervisor to solve technical related issues raised from Sourcing team to Product Marketing.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Constantly provides technical support to the QC inspection team.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Inputs and help the product development team and sports promotion team on products technically.<br />People Management<br /><br />KPI<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Accurately and timely to approve the size &amp; pre-production samples according to confirmed AD and original sample to meet market need and quality standard.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Correctly tracking and release production AD of APP, ACC and HW products to sourcing team and provide technical support to make sure the products to meet the brand standard and requirement.<br /><br />Experience / Skills Required<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Minimum of over 3 years experience in the apparel production relevant area.<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong knowledge and background of the apparel production. Understanding of functional sports apparel and products<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Good communication and time management skills<br />•&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Good command of English &amp; Mandarin and PC skills.

感谢jhqian 的回复。<br /><br />其他英语一般的QA，QC朋友大胆来尝试吧，对外语要求不是那么高，放心吧。只要能写，能看。能听一点就可以了。
