Position: Head Developer for Knitwear(毛织)--德国著名奢侈服装品牌公司<br />Location: Guangzhou <br /><br />Responsibilities : <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Report to the Product Development Manager <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist the Product Development Manager to supervise and manage the product development team <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for executing the ideas from designers to prototypes, thus salesman samples. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and supervise the entire sample development process from prototypes to salesman samples. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support on Price negotiation and performing cost analysis <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In charge of yarn and trim sourcing and development <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attending fashion and trade fairs for sourcing and trends&nbsp; &nbsp;<br /><br />Requirements: <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong sense of responsibility, self-motiviated and a good team player. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tertiary education, preferably Degree holder in Design or Clothing Disciplines. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Minimum 5-10&nbsp;&nbsp;years solid working experience in Knitwear Development / Merchandising. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong technical knowledge and thorough understanding on production process in Knitwear are required <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in working with European and US Designers will be a definite advantage <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in both spoken and written English /Chinese. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent Putonghua. is preferred but not essential <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A third language such as German will be an additional asset. <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good sense of fashion <br />-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Position will be stationed in Guangzhou with a&nbsp;&nbsp;5-days work week<br /><br />符合条件的有意者可把简历发到: <a href="mailto:JC@tci-asia.com">JC@tci-asia.com</a>，谢谢！

是你在招人嗎?<br />我認識的人有些毛織經驗不成問題，與老外打過交道接過單，會報價，能聽說簡單英文，語言要求好象有點高了吧.

夏日休闲

应该谈税后年薪多少，加四金,加交通工具(自行车当然不行的),加带薪休假时间,加酒店式公寓住房..........

奢侈品牌在國內多如牛毛，港澳的客人也不見得對毛織有經驗，英語方面也并不比國內好，大部分都是啞巴英語。有些國外的客人說的是本土的蹩腳英語，那還得猜。在溝通方面英語的確不是最強項。<br />待遇固然要提，但前提是先談工作，否則哪個老板會請一個整天提要求不想做事的人.何況沒有本事還想找高薪，當老板是傻子呀!有本事了，老板自然會給到待遇.
