Company website: <a href="http://www.schaetti.com" target="_blank">http://www.schaetti.com</a> <br /><br />我们是一间以瑞士为基地的某知名热塑性粉末生产商，同时亦为世界较大热塑性胶粘剂供货商，分销各大工业。公司网址 <a href="http://www.schaetti.com" target="_blank">http://www.schaetti.com</a> <br /><br /><br />Mechanical Chief<br /><br />Report to: Production Manager<br />Location: Shanghai<br />Level: Supervisor<br /><br />Job responsibilities: <br />1.Provide assistance on mechanical issues in inspection, commissioning and start-up work during construction <br />2.Be responsible for maintenance and overhaul of production equipments. <br />3.Be responsible for documentation of technical files and drawings. Composing categories of equipments and spare parts. <br />4.Be responsible for planning and application of spare parts etc, also inspection on receiving. <br />5.Prepare and revise operation instructions and safety regulations relative to equipment maintenance. Supervise the implementation. <br />6.Be responsible for safety and hygiene issues related to equipment maintenance <br />7.Be responsible for training and examination of mechanical staff <br />8.Assess the work of direct subordinates <br /><br />Requirements: <br />1.Bachelor or above. degree in mechanics. <br />2.Skillful in computer. Proficient skills in AUTOCAD is a necessity. <br />3.At least five year experience in mechanics management of polymerization or chemical industry <br />4.English skills in reading and writing <br />5.Familiar with safety regulations related to equipment maintenance <br />6.Experience in project construction is preferred.<br /><br />工作职责： <br />1.在工程建设期间，协助完成设备方面的验收、安装调试及试车投产等工作。 <br />2.负责生产部的设备维护与检修工作，确保设备的稳定正常运行。 <br />3.管理设备档案、图纸、技术资料，编制设备、备品、备件目录。 <br />4.负责备品备件、消耗材料和工具的计划、申请和验收。 <br />5.制订修订设备方面的维护操作规程和安全管理制度，并对执行情况进行监督。 <br />6.负责设备方面的安全和卫生工作。 <br />7.负责设备作业人员的技术培训和考核。 <br />8.对直接下级的工作绩效进行考核。 <br /><br />职位要求： <br />1.本科以上学历，机械设备维修或管理相关专业。 <br />2.熟练使用电脑，能熟练使用AUTOCAD进行机械制图。 <br />3.5年以上化工设备维护管理工作经验。 <br />4.具备相当的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术资料 <br />5.熟悉设备相关的安全管理。 <br />6.有大型工程建设经验者为佳。<br /><br />If you are interested, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:HR-Shanghai@schaetti.com">HR-Shanghai@schaetti.com</a>
