德国服装品牌公司<br />Our client which German Sportswear Company are looking for QA supervisor currently.<br /><br />The following detail information for your reference:<br /><br /><u><b>Mission</b></u><br /> <br />The Mission of the Quality Assurance Supervisor is to proactively work within the Product Marketing Department to control product quality to position is a genuine sports brand.&nbsp; &nbsp;He/she will achieve this mission by:<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensuring the brand has the best quality product for the marketplace<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proactively work with Sourcing department to offer tech. support in order to meet market need. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensuring that the brand is building the image of a performance and authentic brand by the best quality products.<br /> <br />Key Responsibilities<br /> <br /><u><b>Planning</b></u><br /><br />l&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist QC manager to arrange and tracking monthly sample approval plan.<br /><br /><u><b>Management</b></u><br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Make and Completes vendor’s quality performance report of sample and reviews with Sourcing team and suppliers by season. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Correctly tracking sampling status to ensure the delivery on time for the trade in accordance with products launch plan.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Well manage the file system of all sourcing documents from HQ and sourcing team.<br /><br /><u><b>Systems and Processes</b></u>·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Preparation of all the documents for production order; Correctly tracking and release AD of all apparel, accessory and hardware products to sourcing team after confirmed by QC manager.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Correctly check and confirm on discrepancy between AD, samples and other relevant given indication, and offer it to QC manager for final approval.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for to approve size &amp; fitting sample and pre-production sample according to confirmed AD and original sample. And communicates with factory on garment fitting, construction, pattern and workmanship.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for to approve label &amp; hangtag in local development for all products brand.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assists QC manager to solve technical related issues raised from Sourcing team to QC Marketing.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Constantly provides technical support to Technician and the inspection team. Assists PE team on SMU product development and production control especially in technical area.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Inputs and help the sports promotion team on product technology and selling points.<br /><br /><u><b>People Management</b></u><br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Help QA technician in products technical area on sample approval.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Assist QC manager to supervise the QA technician in daily work.<br /> <br /><u><b>KPI</b></u><br /> <br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;In accordance with product flow plan ensuring the best quality products are delivered to the trade. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide tech support for all relevant departments; make sure all the apparel, accessory and hardware products meet the brand standard and National standard.<br /><br /><u><b> Experience / Skills Required</b></u><br /> <br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum of over 5 years experience in the apparel production relevant area. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good knowledge of apparel products, quality requirement and techniques; and familiar with product flow and quality system in manufacturing field.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in apparel technical or production environment, Understanding of functional sports products.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good communication and management skills.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good command of English &amp; Mandarin and PC skills.<br /> <br />您可以让您朋友将详细中英文简历，近照一张发到<br /><a href="mailto:barbara@asiaprogress.com">barbara@asiaprogress.com</a> <br />或 <br />MSN：<a href="mailto:barbarahuang220@hotmail.com">barbarahuang220@hotmail.com</a><br /><br /> <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" smilieid="1" border="0" alt="" />&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="images/smilies/loveliness.gif" smilieid="28" border="0" alt="" />&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="images/smilies/biggrin.gif" smilieid="3" border="0" alt="" />
