&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 特许加盟条件<br />1、具有合法资格的法人或自然人。<br /><br />2、对本地布艺产品的市场空间的了解与认知，并热爱经营家居布艺行业，具有<br /><br />良好的创新意识和开创事业的信心。<br /><br /><br />3、具有一定的鉴赏能力，和艺术品位，有一定的经营管理运作和持续发展的能<br /><br />力。<br /><br />4、具有一定的经济基础和资金运做能力一般需要5------10万元人民币。<br /><br />5、有合理优越的经营场地（商场专柜面积需20------40平方米），（专卖店面<br /><br />积需50------100平方米）。<br /><br />6、认同恋织坊布艺产品的创意，及经营理念，运营模式，服从公司总部对业务<br /><br />和形象上的统一管理，指导，监督。<br />&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;交 易 条 款<br /><br />1、经甲方授权，乙方在合作交易期限内成为“恋织坊” 布艺商贸有限公司（<br /><br />以下简称恋织坊）旗下所有产品及形象的特许经销商，乙方在其<br />设立的专营店中有权销售合同约定的特许经营产品。 <br /><br />2、乙方履行特许经销权是以个人自身名义进行，自筹经费、自负盈亏、独立承<br /><br />担风险。<br /><br />3、乙方必须是能够独立承担责任的主体。乙方不是甲方的代理人，不是甲方的<br /><br />分支机构，合伙人，乙方的员工也不是甲方的雇员。<br /><br />4、乙方应当自己经营“恋织坊专卖店”没有甲方的同意不得授权第三人开设“<br /><br />恋织坊专卖店”和其它销售机构。<br /><br />5、未经甲方书面授权同意，乙方不得将“恋织坊专卖店”转让或承包给第三人<br /><br />。<br /><br />6、经甲方书面授权，乙方有权在“恋织坊专卖店”的装潢，装饰中使用“恋织<br /><br />坊”名称、形象及商标。有权在“恋织坊专店”的装潢、装饰中<br />使用甲方设计的全套“恋织坊专卖店”视觉形象识别系统及促销用品。<br /><br />7、乙方有权使用“恋织坊居室布艺生活用品专卖店”的名称。但乙方不得将其<br /><br />注册公司名称或其他商业经营机构名称中使用。 <br /><br />8、甲方对乙方的特许专营店的经营权给予区域保护，即在以乙方专营店为中心<br /><br />，半径2公里的区域内甲方不再开设同类特许专卖店，但甲方通<br /><br />过全国性零售连锁经销体系（如全国零售连锁商场、超市）除外。<br /><br />9、为支持乙方发展，拓展经营网络，甲方全部免除乙方在合同期内的特许经营<br /><br />费。乙方须交纳_________元人民币，代理合同保证金。<br /><br />10、乙方如需使用甲方统一提供的电脑系统设备 “专家免费现场设计视屏热线<br /><br />，新品视图展播，广告展播，销售动态报表等”须交纳5000元人<br />民币作为设备使用押金。合同终止后5日内，乙方应向甲方返还上述授权书（牌<br /><br />匾），电脑系统设备，拆除“恋织坊居室布艺生活用品专卖店”<br />所有广告标识及装饰、装修。甲方核查无误后向乙方返还电脑系统设备抵押金<br /><br />。（电脑系统设备按二年折旧。第三年归乙方，甲方不予返还电<br />脑系统设备抵押金。）<br /><br />11、若乙方未能履行合同完成全年进货额及未能按时全部交还上述物品并拆除<br /><br />“恋织坊居室布艺生活用品专营店”所有广告标识及装饰、装修<br />。所交特许经营保证金和电脑系统设备押金不予退还。 <br />&nbsp;
