<b>China Manager – based in Shanghai</b><br /><br />The China Manager is a Senior Management position with regional responsibilities in PRC. He/she is in charge of all the offices in Mainland China and Taiwan with the aim to enhance the productivity, efficiency, quality, profit and business financial performance of our company. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer of Asia.<br /><br />Requirement:-<br /><br /><font color="#FF00FF">Must: MBA or equivalent business degree in commerce (American, Australian, New Zealand or any European University) </font> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5-10 years of working experience in a Management/Senior Management position, preferably in the Textile and Garment Industry, covering the domains of sourcing or production. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Exposure to export markets and customers with good understanding of customer and market requirements in terms of service and quality. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Has managed one or several offices / operational units in PRC and worked with multicultural teams in an international business environment. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Has managed projects, ranging from the setting up of operational units to the recruitment of staff including the development of organisational/operational procedures. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Has budget responsibility and can prepare, evaluate and manage a budget <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Familiar with business reporting both to customers and internal management team,&nbsp;&nbsp;and has complete control of his/her area of responsibility. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Mature personality possessing social graces with a high level of emotional intelligence <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong management and leadership skills with good business savoy<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Customer and Service oriented. <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Can work under pressure with good problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Understand the industry’s rhythm of workflow and workload <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Fluent English and Mandarin is a must, with preference of other languages such as French, Italian and Spanish as definite advantage <br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Willingness to travel in China<br /><br />The company offers an interesting multi-cultural working environment and a competitive pay package. <br /><br /><b>有意的朋友请联系我:<br /><a href="mailto:peachkong@126.com">peachkong@126.com</a><br />13980548696</b>
