We has identified South West Asia as a key growth market for the business. As a result, we are seeking a self-motivated & result-oriented individual to join our Sales & Marketing Team to accelerate our growth. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies for both our existing and new product solutions. This person will direct the sales team to target accounts/opportunities and be a critical driver in the pursuit of closing new business within the regions. Ideally, the prevailing candidate will have a track record with experience selling and specifying apparel accessories to the regions<br /><br />Job Descriptions<br /><br /><br />• Be accountable for the Sales Target in the South East China Region, and key account management<br />• Manage and motivate North East China Sales team<br />• To spot reliable distributors & Channel to resell the company's products within the regions<br />• Work closely with Marketing Team whenever appropriate for new product commercialization<br />• Work closely with Marketing Team to prepare advertising campaigns and promotional support <br />• Develop localized marketing programs to increase new product sales and position in the regions<br />• Conduct market research and analysis as required to identify unmet customers’ needs.<br />• Identify sales channels and establish relationships, partnerships, and distributorships<br />• Interface and collaborate with other Avery Dennison divisions to leverage group strengths.<br /><br /> <br /> <br />QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br />• University graduate with major in Business or Marketing<br />• Candidate have experience in apparel accessories and Japanese language skills will be a plus<br />• More than 5 years sales experiences<br />• 3 years of Managerial experience will be considered as Sales Manager <br />• Have confident and experience to open the North East Asia market<br />• Proven presentation, communication, and listening and organizational skills. <br />• Must be creative with strength in analytical mind-set.<br />• Good command of spoken and written English, and Japanese capability is definitely a plus<br />• Must be PC proficient with strength in Microsoft office<br />• Financial and analytical skills are necessary for the success in this position. <br />• 30% of travel may be required. <br />• Potential candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive<br /><br /><br />Pls send your resume to : <a href="mailto:acan800@sina.com">acan800@sina.com</a>, or you can reach me via: 020-39548460<br /> <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" smilieid="1" border="0" alt="" /> <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" smilieid="1" border="0" alt="" /> |
