迷途小孩又迷糊了！

<img src="images/smilies/cry.gif" smilieid="4" border="0" alt="" /> 真不知道怎么会这样，在自己老师的工厂上班也会出现麻烦事，本来以为像别人所说的还是继续读书而已，根本不会长大。现在很后悔，事实根本不是这样。老师自从把我招进来好像根本就没什么事了，主管是大我四届的学姐，可是却心胸狭窄，害怕我超过她一样。在我面前什么都不管我，我自己学打样，没有师傅教，我都无所谓了，把人际关系搞好了，谁都是我的师傅！可就这样她却还跑到别人那里打听我在学校是不是很优秀，是的，我有这样的自信会被别人肯定。她却说我怎么觉得她不行，怎天跑来跑去无事可作，是不是想当厂长啊。我会有这样的想法的，但是我很清楚不是现在，她怎么不想想我在自己找事做。这样也有错么？<br /><img width="500" height="512" src="http://www.1234520.com/Upload/eWebEditor/Blog/1/200759152933914.jpg" border="0" alt="" />

有时候想想要辞职，可是我没有那么洒脱，毕竟其他人，厂长，老师，对我都不错啊！我走了好说，老师也许会对我们现在的学生很失望吧！<br />主管怕我超过她也是应该的，我要是手下也有与我相当或是优秀于我的，我也会不安心吧！但是我要想自己发展好，还要不超过她，不让她排斥我，该有多难。本来待遇根本跟别人是没法比的，一心来这里也就是为学东西，现在东西，待遇，没有一样令人满意。。。。<br /><img width="500" height="417" src="http://cache.mars.sina.com.cn/mybaby_d/h/94/58850743/p/58850743_189647768094.gif" border="0" alt="" /><br /><br />[<i> 本帖最后由 迷途小孩 于 2007-8-27 18:33 编辑 </i>]
