上海某外资企业招Yarn产品线Merchandiser Manager一名,条件如下:<br /><br />请有意者与我联系:Ms. Grace Lu<br /><br />Email/MSN:canjulu@msn.com<br /><br />Tel:62159872<br /><br />Objective of Position<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Receive and analyze/evaluate requests - yarns, knitted swatches.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Contact all sources available to find counter yarns/knits needed internet, factories, and exhibitions.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Travel to factories weekly.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Negotiate pricing, mins, quality, leadtime and all pertinent information for yarn development.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Evaluate new factories - capacity, quality, capabilities, equipment and ability to develop strong business partnership. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Follow-up on all requests made to factories from sourcing trips.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Keep detailed records of yarns - charts, spreadsheets, files, hangers, binders.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain database of yarn resources, suppliers and sourcing information.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Communicate daily with international offices on all details of yarn sourcing and development.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Oversee sourcing associate daily.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Keep abreast of all yarn trends in the market.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Attend yarn exhibitions and seminars as needed.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Position Profile<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Textile graduate background, Bachelor, more than 6 years in yarn products. <br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Technical knowledge of yarns and knits.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Experience with sourcing yarn with suppliers in China.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Speak and write English and Mandarin fluently.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Well organized and detail oriented.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Ability to handle large workload.<br /><br />·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Ability to travel to factories as needed.
