Provide assistance in process designing, installation, commissioning, production preparation and start-up in project construction. <br />2. Provide assistance in production planning and preparation of process parameters. Be responsible for the implementation <br />3. Be responsible for daily routine production and ensure stable running. <br />4. Be responsible for disposal of abnormality in production <br />5. Contribute to the operation of quality management system in production department <br />6. Be responsible for training and examination of production staff <br />7. Be responsible for safety and hygiene issues related to production <br />8. Collect and analyze production data related to consumption and quality <br />9. Assess the work of direct subordinates <br /><br />Requirements: <br />1. Bachelor or above. degree in polymer synthesis or chemical engineering <br />2. Skillful in computer and familiar with AUTOCAD. Capable of process designing <br />3. At least five year experience in production management of polymerization or chemical industry <br />4. English skills in reading and writing <br />5. Familiar with ISO quality management system and safety regulations in chemical production <br />6. Experience in project construction is preferred.<br /><br /><br />工作职责： <br />1. 在工程建设期间，协助完成工艺设计、施工安装、系统调试、生产准备和试车投产工作。 <br />2. 协助制定生产计划，并负责计划的具体执行。 <br />3. 协助制定生产工艺参数，并负责具体落实。 <br />4. 检查工艺生产的日常运行状况，确保生产的正常运行。 <br />5. 负责生产异常事故的处理。 <br />6. 协助生产部经理推动质量管理体系在本部门的运行。 <br />7. 负责组织生产岗位员工的专业技术培训。 <br />8. 负责与生产相关的安全与卫生工作 <br />9. 做好各项生产数据收集整理工作，并作相关的分析。 <br />10. 对直接下级的工作绩效进行考核评估。 <br /><br />职位要求： <br />1. 本科以上学历，高分子合成或者化工相关专业。 <br />2. 熟练使用电脑，掌握AUTOCAD制图，并有一定的工艺设计能力。 <br />3. 5年以上聚合或者化工生产管理经验。 <br />4. 具备相当的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术资料 <br />5. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系以及化工生产的安全管理 <br />6. 有大型工程建设经验者为佳。
