标题: 遇CAMEROON骗子经历记

通过一个美国的B2B网站，联系到了一个喀麦隆的“客户”。对方声称是正在承接喀麦隆Ministry of Youths and Sports的一批三百万的T-shirt订单，作为未来几年喀麦隆国家杯和南非世界杯的文化衫。他们要求一个诚信度好并有能力接大单的公司来做这个订单。目标价是USD5.0/pc CIF DOUALA（服装外贸的人都知道，普通素色文化衫一般出厂价也到不了20元，真是天上掉馅饼！），做100％前T/T。12个月的生产期，分批出货。
      一开始觉得反正不要我投入什么成本，就是耗费点写邮件的时间而已，就耐着性子跟他联系，看他出什么骗招。当然也抱着一丝如果是真的就好了的希望，呵呵。当报价和交期等事宜都确认以后，他就要我做形式*文明用语*给他让买家确认。随便做了个简单的形式*文明用语*给他之后，他第二天就积极回复我说ok买家确认了，接下来就是等买家确认这个单子是否下给我们了。我置疑他为什么不用样品确认，他就说现在打初样也来不及了，叫我直接打销售样给他，5个码，3色，共30件，并要我方承担快递费。还有他给我的打样尺寸表居然只有四五个部位的尺寸，太不专业了！到这个阶段我就不理他了。
      个人觉得是骗子无疑。大家讨论一下给点宝贵意见，谢谢！

以下是喀麦隆客人发给我的邮件，跟楼主所说的情况完全相符，我把他的邮件都贴上来给大家参考，我觉得他发给我们的尺寸表很奇怪，怎么非洲人的尺寸跟我们中国人差不多？多谢楼主提醒！
这是客人发给我的第一封邮件：

Dear Sirs,
Thanks you very much for your kind mail and introduction in which we appreciated this good opportunity as for us to work together in this business in which we believe that GOD will help us to benefit from each other, so let us not miss this chance and opportunity.
We MACAM GLOBAL SALES LTD. was establish in the year 2000 and we specialised on importation of (ASSORTED GARMENTS) in large quantity due to we have our able/numerous customers that deposited their payment with us and we are God fearing company here in CAMEROON with good reputation. And we also serve as an agent company specialised in helping any foreign companies to secure contract here in our country from our Government and other authorities. So we have been doing this right from our year of establishment up to date without any problem and all the foreign companies that we have helped really enjoy our services and we have never encounter any difficulties, so therefore we really appreciated to extend this our business through your company as we really hope and trust that you will not disappoint us in this business.
In regard of this business, we have a contract which we are pursuing from the CAMEROON CONTRACT PROJECT COMMITTEE (CCPC) and this is a contract supply of 2,400,000 pieces (200,000 Dozens) of Round Neck & V-Neck T-Shirts with (2 colours WHITE & BLACK). And the actual reason for this contract is for the "CAMPAGNE OF FIGHT AGAINST AIDS" here in our country by the Contract Project Committee as it have been dangerous VIRUS that have killed many of our youths. So they are fighting against the HIV (AIDS).
Meanwhile, Due to our company enviable profiles and reputation in this line of trade, we have been recently accredited and nominated by the CAMEROON CONTRACT PROJECT COMMITTEE to source for them a competent supplier that could supply 2,400,000 pieces of T-Shirts, which they want to distributes to Cameroon YOUTHS under the CAMPAIGNE of "FIGHT AGAINST AIDS" here in our country Cameroon.
Target Price: US$ 6.20/piece base on FOB.
Payment Term: 100% T/T Upfront.
Delivery: 12 Months (1 YEAR).
Partial shipment: Acceptable.
Therefore in this regard, we are working as an Agent who can help you to win this contract from the CCPC if you agree to offer us 1.5% of the total invoice value of this contract if we help you to secure/win this contract with our efforts/connections here in our country Cameroon.
So therefore, if you are okay with our required commission 1.5%, then urgently inform us in your reply so that we can proceed immediately and forward the specifications to you as needed by the CCPC.
