The spirit of this dependence is on the basis of team work, on the correct and timely involvement of the respective responsible persons/departments.<br />JOB TITLE(2):VICE-MILL DIRECTOR<br />1-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;FUNCTIONAL AREA: PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL MATTERS <br />2-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;MAIN ROLE: VICE-MILL DIRECTOR <br />3-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: <br />The responsibilities and objectives of the Vice-Mill Director contain basically following activities and competences:<br />1.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Works closely together with the respective manager for the functioning and optimization of all internal processes of the production plant (technology, production, maintenance, quality, logistic and support services) <br />2.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Guides, develops, trains and informs, together with the Technical Director and the Mill Director, the whole management team of the production plant. <br />3.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for the laboratory. <br />4.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsible for the quality <br />5.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Undertakes the necessary actions to realize the production plan defined by the Mill Director. <br />6.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Assists on the identification and verification of the production cycles and technical specification of the production to improve the productivity and efficiency of the production process <br />7.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Verifies that the rules and regulations with regard to safety and working environment are respected <br />8.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Assists the respective manager and the HR-Manager in the definition and implementation of appropriate training and development programs for the employees in the mill. <br />9.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Finalizes the arrangements of the respective manager with regard to productive investments (new machinery, structures, systems, tools with the respective planning for installation and start-up <br />10.&nbsp; &nbsp;Helps in identifying, testing, verification and final application of techniques necessary for the functioning of the mill <br />11.&nbsp; &nbsp;Assists the respective manager in the management of the personal, formulating proposals to improve the working climate in the company <br />4-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;HIERARCHICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DEPENDENCE: <br />The Vice Mill-Director reports hierarchically and functionally to the Mill Director and acts as Mill Director ad interim during the absence of the Mill Director. <br />JOB TITLE(3): Maintenance Manager<br />1-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;FUNCTIONAL AREA: Maintenance Matters <br />2-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;MAIN ROLE: Maintencance Manager <br />3-&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: <br />The responsibilities and objectives of the Maintenance Manager contain basically following activities and competences: <br />1)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the quality coordination and carrying out of normal or unnormal maintenance activity and machinery preparations in accordance with the mill director. <br />2)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to write the maintenance plans and maintenance program and to effect the same in the factory. Organize and optimize the work of all persons involved in maintenance within the department. <br />3)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to handle and control all external maintenance personnel and relative contract. <br />4)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for an optimum and efficient handling of normal and preventive maintenance of production machinery. <br />5)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to order all consumption material necessary for the maintenance as well as spare parts and lubricants and keep contacting with suppliers and agents of the same. <br />6)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the supervision and carrying out of emergency maintenance and machinery pair. <br />7)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to organize and supervise the work of the maintenance personnel. <br />8)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to understand the reasons for machine damages as well as to find solution. <br />9)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Timely Information of potential problems to the production director. <br />10)&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to coordinate and carry out the maintenance programs. <br />11)&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible to propose external maintenance companies of required. <br />12)&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with the production director in the research for performance and quality improvement of the machinery. <br />Hierarchical and functional dependence: <br />The maintenance manager reports hierarchically to the vice mill director.
