紧急招聘：采购负责人－专卖店模块 10W/Y 起

岗位职责：<br />通过制定和实施有效的采购流程和商品管控制度，对零售店铺提供数量充足并符合市场定位的商品，使店铺最大程度的完成销售业绩和提高库存周转率。<br />1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 制定货品的采购预算及采购的具体方案； <br />2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 通过销售分析，针对地区差异及对品牌的不同需求制定货品调配计划，最大限度的提高销售率和库存周转率，获得理想的投资回报率；<br />3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 供应商开发，合作条件协商及供应商质量管控；<br />4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 制定部门工作指标，领导团队完成各项指标。包括畅销率、库存率、销售率、周转率、投资回报率等；<br />5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 采购流程的维护，更新及优化；<br />6.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 商品档案资料的更新和维护；<br />7.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 日常商品的盘点、对帐和付款<br />岗位要求：<br />1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 本科以上学历，纺织或服装相关专业优佳；<br />2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 有国际品牌经验优先考虑<br />3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5年以上大型服装零售企业采购经理工作经验，熟悉零售行业和服饰行业销售和采购的运营模式；<br />4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 数据分析能力强，逻辑思维强，对货品有敏锐的洞察力；<br />5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 沟通技巧高<br />6.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 对DRP零售信息资源系统有一定了解，熟知产品在此系统中的流转过程；<br />7.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 团队领导能力，吃苦耐劳，有耐心，具紧迫感，能承受压力；<br />英文听说读写熟练和流利。<br />有意者请发建立到<a href="mailto:service@ywconsult.com">service@ywconsult.com</a><br />或加入MSN：<a href="mailto:hushang2000@hotmail.com">hushang2000@hotmail.com</a>联系。
